His work focuses on helping organisations move beyond experimentation toward structured and accountable AI adoption, turning complex technological developments and regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act, into practical governance models and board-level guidance.

He serves as Director of AI Strategy & Ecosystem Innovation at Paradigma Exponential Hub and is the founder of AI Leader’s Compass, an international initiative connecting senior leaders, researchers, and innovators across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States to advance responsible AI leadership and cross-border collaboration.

He also contributes to innovation ecosystems through mentoring in accelerators such as Bocconi B4i, engaging with global learning platforms such as Quantic School of Business and Technology, and leading AI and digital transformation programmes at Paradigma Exponential Hub.
